This form is the first step in the application process for placement at Pikake School. Along with other documents, this form will allow Pikake Administration to evaluate your child for potential placement in the appropriate Pikake School program.

Step1:

Please submit the required document: Online Application For Enrollment Form (this form) 

If your child is entering Kindergarten (your child must be 5 years old by August 31), we will ask you for additional forms: (1) The student's Progress Report (if there is one) and (2) the Teacher Evaluation Form at your child’s current preschool. Please submit your child's progress report to the Pikake Office (office@pikakeschool.com). The Teacher Evaluation Form will be sent to your child’s current teacher by Pikake School. Please let your child’s teacher know that a Teacher Evaluation Form needs to be submitted by the application due date. We will also schedule a Kindergarten visit for your child. (The school office will contact you to schedule a date/time).

Step 2:

If an appropriate opening is available, you will be sent an offer letter and a link to the Student Enrollment Application.

If there are no current openings available in your first, second, or third choice of programs selected below, you will be placed in a waiting pool. As openings become available, you may be sent an offer to enroll.

Step 3: Signed Tuition Agreement and Deposit

After your submission of the Student Enrollment Application from the offer letter, new families will receive an invitation to the school administration app called “Brightwheel.” Please submit a signed Enrollment Agreement and make the registration fee and non-refundable deposit payment within 14 days of receiving the enrollment offer. The non-refundable deposit represents payment for the 10th and final tuition payment of the 2026-27 school year (June 2027).

Application Requirements

• Students entering Primary Class (3-6 years old) are highly encouraged to be fully toilet-trained. Early Preschool Class (2.5-3.5 years old) does not require toilet training.

• Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years of age by August 31.

入園願書受付の流れ

ステップ１：

こちらはピカケスクールのオンライン入園願書です。こちらをもとにピカケスクールのご案内できるプログラムを選考させて頂きます。

キンダーガーテンに志願されるお子様には、現在登園されていらっしゃる園よりお子様のプログレスリポートをメール（office@pikakeschool.com)にご提出ください。現在の登園でプログレスリポートがない場合にはご提出は不要です。

現在の担任の先生からのTeacher Evaluation Formをご提出をお願いしております。こちらのフォームはピカケスクールより直接現在の担任の先生へメールにてフォームを送付させて頂きます。現在の担任の先生へ願書締切日までにご提出をお願いして頂けましたら幸いです。また、お子様のキンダークラス訪問を設けさせて頂きます。（訪問日は追ってオフィスより日程を連絡させて頂きます。）

ステップ２：

ご案内できるクラスがありました場合にご家族様にメールにてオファーレターが届きます。オファーレターに、入園登録フォームのオンラインリンクが添付されます。

もしも現在の時点でご案内できるお席がない場合には、頂きました情報はウェイティングプールに残ります。空きのお席ができました時点でスクールよりご連絡をさせて頂きます。

ステップ３：Offer Letter より本登録、Tuition Agreement 署名とお支払い

本登録後、スクールよりBrightwheelというアプリのインビテーションが参ります。Brightwheelを通じて、Tuition Agreement へのサインと登録料及びデポジットのお支払いをオファーレター通知日より１４日以内にお願い致します。デポジットは１０期目授業料（2027年6月支払い分）として充当され、払い戻し不可となりますのでどうぞご注意下さい。支払い終了後にお子様のお席が確保されます。

願書提出についてのご注意

• プライマリークラス(３−６歳児クラス）はトイレトレーニングが済んでいらっしゃるお子様を前提としております。アーリープリスクール日本語クラスでは、トイレトレーニングの制約はございません。

• キンダーガーテンは８月３１日までに５歳になられているお子様を対象としております。
